Return Policy

At Epops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order, without stating a reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and any promotional items).
• Products that are returned damaged, used, or incomplete may not be eligible for a full refund.
• We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product’s condition is not as originally delivered.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used hygiene-related items such as earbuds or personal care electronics.
• Gift cards or promotional codes.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at epopsdevices@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return (optional). We will provide return instructions and a return address.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product and would like to exchange it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
